Recently we have installed a digital quality control system by Uster-EVS, that can examine the tissue from multiple angles with its optical sensors. The system can memorize by machine-learning the features of every ribbon and notify the defects to the packaging machines, that are therefore able to cut the defected part out of the roll. These technologies and the experience of our technicians, allows us to make a predictive quality check. This is essential to take care of every detail in articles with a decorative function, as well as for ribbons with technical applications.
