LANZI NASTRIFICIO has organized in cooperation with UMANA FORMA – Società di Formazione del Gruppo Umana a course for operators in the textile industry. The lessons took place inside our factory during the months of September and October 2019.
The participants have been selected for a period of training in our company, and have been instructed by members of our personnel and external teachers on the following themes:
- WEAVING TECHNIQUES AND MACHINERIES
- MATERIALS FOR THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY
- DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF THE WORKER
- SAFETY ON THE WORKPLACE
- TEXTILE LOOMS AND MECHANICS
After having learned the theory, the participants had the opportunity to practice on the looms of our historic archive, which have been restored for this occasion and arranged in a micro-factory to understand every aspect of the weaving of narrow fabrics.
